"My daughter who lives in the Bay Area had a problem with her insurance company (not State Farm). I called & spoke with Fred who answered numerous questions & dealt directly with my daughter, even though she’s not a customer. He gave her excellent advice, & while she is using her local insurance company, Fred acted as if she were a long time client. He was very patient & understanding. "A Reliable Insurance Agency with Proven Value Over Time I’ve been a customer of Andy Barajas Insurance Agency for over seven years, and my experience has been solid. While my rates were high for the first couple of years—something my dad constantly complained about, thinking we were being overcharged—I now see that they were simply doing their job properly. As a younger driver, higher premiums were expected, and over time, I’ve seen my rates adjust fairly. What stands out about this agency is their reliability and transparency. I feel like I’m getting the best coverage at a reasonable rate, and I haven’t had any issues with their service. They aren’t necessarily the cheapest, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for an insurance agency that delivers on coverage and consistency rather than just the lowest price, I’d recommend giving them a try."
