"Muy bien las explicaciones que da Andy, que te informa sobre sus productos, pero su equipo de trabajo pesimo. Realmente vengo muchos años con el, pero hace 6 meses atras, NO hay buen servicios al cliente. No contestas llamadas por teléfono, no contestan correos electrónicos y si lo hacen lo hacen, lo haces despues de 6 días. Stefanie creo que ahora es la supervisor, jamas me ha llamado atender algun correo que eh mandado o atender llamada, siempre esta con un "cliente" siempre. Parte de su equipo no dan la información Clara. Solo tengan en cuenta este comentarios. Y el tema de facturacion es otro temaaa."
